OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology has always been a cooler blueish hue, but researchers in Taiwan have adjusted the temperature to create OLEDs the mimic the photonics of sunlight by varying the voltage through the OLED panel from three to nine volts to produce ambient light simulating natural light that changes from dawn to dusk. This is a wonderful thing for photographers, because with this they could literally
create sunlight at their shooting location.
